Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund amount unless you are returning due to damage or defects (see below). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage, Warranty, and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged or defective, shipping costs for returns/exchanges are covered by our warranty.

Strap Lizard and Strap Lizard XL come with a (1) year warranty for our US customers from the purchase date for any issues due to defects in materials or manufacturing. If you believe you have a defective unit, contact us at support@straplizard.com and provide us with any photos and information that will help us determine best action to resolve your issue. Any shipping costs associated with a warranty return/exchange are covered by our warranty.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
